We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time, even after an order is placed. In the event of a significant pricing error, we will contact you with the corrected price before processing.

Prices displayed on the Site do not include applicable taxes, customs duties, or import fees, which are the customer's responsibility. Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.

3.3 Availability

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. If a product you ordered is out of stock, we will notify you and offer a refund, substitution, or the option to wait for restocking.

4. Orders and Cancellations

4.1 Order Placement

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the specified products at the stated price. An order is not confirmed until you receive an order confirmation email from us, at which point a binding contract is formed between you and AllCareMedicines.

4.2 Order Cancellation by You

You may cancel an order within 2 hours of placement by contacting our customer support team, provided the order has not yet been dispatched. Once dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled but may be returned in accordance with our Refund and Return Policy.

4.3 Order Cancellation by Us

We reserve the right to cancel any order at our sole discretion for reasons including, but not limited to: suspected fraud, pricing errors, product unavailability, export restrictions, or failure to pass required age or identity verification. Full refunds will be issued in such cases.

5. Payment Terms

We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, selected cryptocurrencies, and bank transfer. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorised to use the payment method and authorise us to charge the total amount of your order.

All transactions are processed through secure, PCI DSS-compliant payment gateways. We do not store complete credit card information on our servers. Transactions may be subject to additional security checks by your bank or payment provider.

In cases of suspected fraud or unauthorised transactions, we reserve the right to suspend the account and initiate an investigation before processing the order.

6. Shipping and Delivery

We ship to 80+ countries worldwide. Estimated delivery times vary by destination. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities, postal services, or circumstances beyond our control (force majeure). Risk of loss and title for purchased items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

Customers are responsible for ensuring compliance with their country's import regulations regarding pharmaceutical products. AllCareMedicines is not liable for orders seized or destroyed by customs authorities.

For EU consumers, this does not affect your statutory rights under the laws of your country of residence.
