2. Product Sourcing Standards

AllCareMedicines sources all pharmaceutical products exclusively from licensed, verified, and reputable manufacturers and distributors. Our supply chain standards require that:

  • All suppliers must hold a valid pharmaceutical manufacturing license from their national regulatory authority.
  • Manufacturers must comply with WHO Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards or equivalent national GMP guidelines.
  • Suppliers must provide Certificates of Analysis (CoA) for every product batch, confirming active ingredient identity, purity, and potency.
  • All products must carry correct labeling in compliance with the regulations of the destination market.
  • We conduct annual supplier audits and periodic unannounced quality checks.
  • New suppliers undergo a minimum 6-month probationary review before being approved for the AllCareMedicines supply chain.

We maintain full traceability from manufacturer to customer. Every product in our inventory can be traced back to its batch number, manufacturing date, and country of origin.

3. Quality Control and Assurance

3.1 Incoming Inspection

Every consignment of products received at our fulfilment centres undergoes a rigorous incoming inspection process:

  • Visual inspection of outer and inner packaging for damage, tampering, or inconsistency.
  • Verification of batch numbers and expiry dates against supplier documentation.
  • Random sampling of products for independent laboratory testing.
  • Rejection and quarantine of any consignment that fails inspection criteria.

3.2 Storage Conditions

Our fulfilment facilities are maintained to pharmaceutical storage standards. Temperature, humidity, and light conditions are continuously monitored and logged. Products with specific storage requirements (refrigerated, light-sensitive) are handled in dedicated storage environments.

3.3 Expiry Management

We operate a strict First-Expiry-First-Out (FEFO) inventory management system. Products approaching their expiry date are automatically flagged and removed from active inventory with a minimum 6-month expiry buffer — meaning we never dispatch a product with fewer than 6 months remaining on its shelf life.

4. Regulatory Compliance

AllCareMedicines operates in compliance with applicable pharmaceutical regulations in jurisdictions where we are licensed to operate. Key compliance obligations include:

  • United States: We adhere to FDA guidelines for online pharmacies, HIPAA privacy standards, and the Drug Supply Chain Security Act (DSCSA).
  • United Kingdom: We operate in accordance with MHRA online medicine sale regulations and the Human Medicines Regulations 2012.
  • European Union: Products sold to EU customers comply with Directive 2011/62/EU (the Falsified Medicines Directive) and relevant national pharmaceutical laws.
  • Australia: We comply with the Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) requirements for online medicine supply.

AllCareMedicines maintains active licenses in all jurisdictions where we legally operate. We do not knowingly ship products to jurisdictions where such shipment would violate local law.

Attempts to purchase prohibited substances may result in immediate account suspension, reporting to relevant authorities, and forfeiture of any payment made.

7. Safe Dispensing Practices

All orders are reviewed by our licensed pharmacist team before dispatch. Our dispensing process includes:

  • Order review: Each order is reviewed for dosage appropriateness, quantity limits, and potential drug interactions based on information provided by the customer.
  • Quantity limits: We apply per-order quantity limits on prescription medicines to prevent stockpiling. Customers requiring larger quantities must provide justification.
  • Product information leaflets: Every order includes the manufacturer's official patient information leaflet (PIL) in the package.
  • Pharmacist consultation: Customers are strongly encouraged to consult with our resident pharmacists via live chat, phone, or email before purchasing prescription medications for the first time.

8. Age Verification

We take age verification seriously. All customers must confirm they are 18 years of age or older at checkout. In addition:

  • For certain high-risk medications, we may require photographic ID verification before the first order is dispatched.
  • Our payment processors and fraud detection systems flag orders where age cannot be reasonably confirmed.
  • Any order confirmed to have been placed by a minor will be cancelled and refunded in full, and the account will be permanently suspended.

9. Product Storage and Shipping

We take every measure to ensure products arrive in perfect condition:

  • Products requiring refrigeration are shipped in validated cold-chain packaging with temperature indicators.
  • All packages are sealed with tamper-evident materials. Any package showing signs of tampering should be refused at delivery.
  • Outer packaging is plain and discreet with no reference to the contents or AllCareMedicines branding.
  • Fragile products (liquid formulations, glass vials) are shipped with appropriate cushioning and shock protection.

10. Adverse Event Reporting

The safety of our customers is paramount. If you experience any unexpected or adverse reaction to a product purchased from AllCareMedicines:

  1. Seek immediate medical attention if the reaction is severe.
  2. Stop using the product and preserve it along with its packaging.
  3. Report the adverse event to us at safety@allcaremedicines.com with your order number, product details, and description of the reaction.
  4. We will log the report, provide support, and escalate to the manufacturer and relevant regulatory authority if required.

AllCareMedicines maintains a pharmacovigilance system and submits periodic adverse event reports to regulatory authorities in compliance with applicable law. We take every report seriously and use them to continuously improve our product safety standards.

11. Anti-Counterfeit Policy

Counterfeit medicines are a global health crisis. AllCareMedicines has invested significantly in anti-counterfeit measures to protect our customers:

  • We use serialisation and track-and-trace systems for all prescription products in markets where required by law.
  • Products purchased from AllCareMedicines can be verified against manufacturer databases using batch numbers provided in each package.
  • We encourage customers to report any product that appears suspicious or inconsistent with expected appearance, smell, or packaging.
  • We cooperate fully with regulatory investigations into suspected counterfeit products and will assist law enforcement in any related inquiries.
Authenticity Guarantee: Every product sold by AllCareMedicines is sourced directly from licensed manufacturers or authorised distributors and is backed by our 100% authenticity guarantee. If we cannot verify a product's authenticity, it will not be offered for sale.
